Friday, 8 December 2006 During a very moving ceremony, Cav. Frank Di Blasi, OMA, JP, promoter and organizer of the annual award “Coppa della Solidarietà” presented Sr. Candida De Angelis with the “Coppa della Solidarietà 2006” for her tireless service of over forty years to the Italian and Australian communities of Melbourne. This recognition of her dedication honours Sr. Candida and all the Pastorelle Sisters. |

Sunday 10 December 2006 As an expression of our gratitude to the priests who peridiocally celebrate the Eucharist in our chapel, and to celebrate the shared pastoral ministry of Sr. Candida with Fr. David Cartwright, parish priest of St. Fidelis, Moreland, we gathered around the table for a lovely meal and fraternal sharing. |
