Pastoral care in a multicultural community

Sr Mia Garnace has been involved in pastoral care ministry in the parish of St. Paul, Coburg (Melbourne) since February 2005.

 
The multicultural nature of the parish is one of the main characteristics of the community and this well reflects the nature of the Australian population at large.

 
Much of Sr. Mia’s time is dedicated to adult education in the faith and the strengthening of community bonds in the Lord.

Special care is given to the faith-life of the young people in the community.
