The sisters, her family, other Pauline priests and brothers and religious sisters and brothers from other Congregations around the area have graced the occasion.

Sr. Ignacia, known as “Neneng” is the first vocation we have from the Parish of Alcantara, Romblon where we have one of our apostolic communities.

In her thanksgiving message, she mentioned the two sisters who became significant instruments in her vocational discernment.

Srs. Lolita Guibac and Amparo Hilot were two of the pioneers in that community whom she met in the youth ministry.

In preparation for this celebration she made her 8-day spiritual exercises which was facilitated by Srs. Narcisa Penaredonda and Ma. Rita Siochi which was held at the Juniorate House, Imus, Cavite.

May 15, 2006 is also the 41st year anniversary of the Philippine Circumscription. It was a happy occasion for it was a double celebration. Congratulations to the sisters for 41 years of presence in the Philippines. To the parishioners of Romblon who were represented in the celebration we throw the challenge: to send us others to follow Sr. Ignacia in the service of the Lord among the Pastorelle.
